* Upon completion of your order our customer service department will email you with your specific delivery information.
* If the delivery time or date does not suit your needs we will be happy to adjust it according to your convenience.
* All merchandise that is in stock will ship within 5-10 days.
* Merchandise that is not in stock will ship within 3-4 weeks.
* Special items that are custom made and coming from overseas may take up to 3 months to ship.
* Our Customer Service Department will call you 24 hours prior to your delivery and notify you of the 2-6 hour window of arrival. Our courteous drivers will then call you again 1 hour before arrival.
